Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services through ABX/ KEX for domestic shipments and Q Delivery for Singapore shipments.
Domestic Shipping (ABX/ KEX)
- ABX provides next-day delivery services for domestic orders.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
- There will be no deliveries on public holidays or weekends unless stated otherwise.
Singapore Shipping (Q Delivery)
- Q Delivery handles shipments to Singapore.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- There will be no deliveries on public holidays or weekends unless stated otherwise.
Please note that during peak seasons, there might be unforeseen delays in delivery times. SUISUIFASHION reserves the right to refuse delivery if any outstanding amounts are not paid in full or if there are other reasons preventing us from carrying out the delivery. The risk of loss lies with you during the course of the delivery of the items.
Postage Charges
Domestic Delivery:
- West Malaysia: RM 8.30 for the first item, RM 9.60 for the second item, and an additional RM 1 for each subsequent item.
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 13.50 for the first item, RM 15.90 for the second item, and an additional RM 1 for each subsequent item.
- FREE delivery is offered for domestic orders above RM 200.
Singapore Delivery:
- RM 26 for 1-3 items
- RM 36 for 4-5 items
- FREE delivery is offered for orders above RM 450.
