Online Exchange Policy
Just follow 4 easy steps below:
- Return in brand new condition
(unaltered, undamaged and unwashed) and in the original plastic bag packaging. - Return with the invoice
( if there is no invoice so sorry that we cant do any exchange for you ) - Drop a messenger to our FB for the exchange, kindly provide tracking number of the courier service, as we will not be liable for any lost mails. The return postage fees will be at your own cost.
- Your parcel has to reach us within 7days from your receiving date.
Only allow for one time exchange.
After receiving the goods , we will check the quality of the clothes
If there is no problem , we will follow up for you with the exchange.
For the orders which put under reservation(max one month reservation) and post later, we are not cater for exchange if the designs had sold out.
No refundable n postage is excluded.
